My name is Patricia Acha or you can call me ‘Pat’ for short. I am a stay-at-home mom, and I love spending time with my little girl which is the reason why I ventured into the world of freelancing.
I am a registered nurse and have volunteered at a psych facility in my hometown, but I have been with the BPO industry for 6 years with the main goal of customer satisfaction in mind. I am computer literate with knowledge of several programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
I was a virtual assistant for a pain specialist in California for five months. My responsibilities included managing the patients’ electronic medical records, as well as, medical records research. For six months, I worked as part of the marketing team for an online marketplace for college students. My responsibilities included generating reports in CRM, organizing and updating data, providing customer support such as answering emails or chat inquiries or concerns from students and our marketing interns, assisting in booking onboarding sessions and assisting in research such as email collection. I also have had some experience in medical and general transcription.
I am a fast learner, so any software or tools you would ask me to use to get the job done, I would be more than willing to learn. I am good with multitasking without compromising the outcome of my work. I make sure that I give out an above-average quality of my work, and I believe that hard work really does pay off.
